My experience encompasses all aspects of IT programs and includes support to the Department of Homeland Security, Department of State, the White House, the Intelligence Community, DoD components, and private industry. I have held P&L responsibility for 115 concurrent projects employing over 650 professionals. I have also provided leadership, technical oversight, trained and mentored project managers and senior staff, and developed expanded vendor and subcontractor relationships.
I am also actively engaged in education and emerging technology research. I am a Dissertation Chair at the University of Fairfax where I guide doctoral students’ research into emerging trends and technologies in Cyber Security and other aspects of Information Assurance. I am a Senior Professor in the School of Graduate Studies at Norwich University where I teach advanced courses in Information Assurance. I am also a Peer Reviewer of technical research for the IEEE Computer Society.
